Crystal healing sessions mostly depend on the energy frequencies found naturally in crystals employed in the session. Every energy point in the human body is associated with a set of crystals. Mona, performs her sessions using nine energy points. During the session, a crystal is placed on each energy point and a double pointed clear quartz crystal is then used to spin over it creating a magnetic field. The session is based on two phases, a cleansing phase clearing any blockages in the energy point, and a charging phase to aid the energy point with flow of energy in the human body.
